Nataša Mojškerc is a doctoral researcher in Gender Studies, at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Tampere University, Finland. Her research centres on gendered violence, domestic violence and abuse, cultural diversity, and counselling survivors of domestic violence and abuse. The theme of her doctoral dissertation is »Modalities and Mechanisms of Culturally Sensitive Counselling in Domestic Violence Shelters. «
She is also a counsellor in domestic violence shelter in Finland, providing emergency and crisis service, individual and group counselling of adult and children survivors of domestic violence and abuse.
